He is a veteran of pre-IPO startups Facebook and Dropbox, and founded Tiny Ideas, a change strategy agency that worked with Bianca to win equal pay in surfing. Prior to founding Publera he served in executive roles for Money Group. He lives with his wife and daughters on their farm in Idaho.
